I’ve been promoted to Director of Engineering at CXBuilder!
When I joined CXBuilder back in April as a Senior Architect, I was drawn to the scale and complexity of the work — designing active/active global resiliency for one of the world’s largest Amazon Connect deployments. Six months in, I’m now leading the engineering organization.
I’m excited about this next chapter and the opportunity to shape both the technical direction and the team building it.
